What is your return policy?
All purchases made at Shaggy's Pokeshop are deemed final. No returns or refunds available at this time. This is because I guarantee my product to be in Near-Mint to Mint condition at all times, without question. All packaging is done by myself personally to insure that during transit all product is safe from possible damage.
Do you offer gift cards?
I do not at this time have the ability to offer Gift Cards. Log in sometime and browse the shop with the person who you wish to give a Gift Card. Allow them to pick and choose what it is they want!
Which payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments via credit card or debit card through Facebook Messenger or PayPal only. If you are local to the Saint Cloud area we can discuss meeting in a public location or I may deliver to you. Personal meetings or deliveries cash payment will be accepted.
Can I build my own custom lot?
Of course! Simply reach out to me with the quantity you are wishing to purchase. I will provide information for you on pricing. All custom lots will still be packaged into individual 10 card booster packs to keep that feeling of opening a pack.
In store shopping available?
Shaggy's Pokeshop at this time will remain and online store only. If the shop continues to grow I may be opening a physical location in the future for you all to come in and browse inventory in person.
